Our unique collaboration with healthcare professionals reflects our comprehensive understanding of the challenges and pressures faced, and the resulting impact on GPs, patients and the NHS.

By reducing the time that GPs spend reviewing letters, +ministr8TM aims to save GPs at least 20% of time spent on admin tasks, which ultimately releases valuable time back to front-line duties, improving the continuing and quality of patient care.

The current administration burden not only detracts from providing direct patient care, it takes a toll on the mental health and wellbeing of the workforce, leading to exhaustion and low morale which has a knock-on effect to the number of sick days taken. By alleviating excessive volumes of administrative work, it subsequently helps relieve the stress and anxiety that many GPs experience.

Streamlining the admin process can also help scale down financial strains. With figures stating that the annual cost per GP of completing administration tasks is in excess of £41,000, and the cost of GP stress and anxiety related sick days is more than £146,000, +ministr8TM unlocks a route to secure significant cost-savings.
